    Transfer Fee:
                A transfer of service from one service address to another shall be charged a fee of $30.00.

    Tampering Fee:
                A tampering fee of $500.00 will be charged to anyone turning on or off water.

    Discontinuance of Water and/or Sewer Service for Failure to Pay:
                Payments not received; either by mail or personal appearance; by 4:00 p.m. on the twenty-fifth day of each month or in the event the twenty-fifth falls on a weekend the next regular workday shall result in a termination of service and a reconnection fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be charged prior to restoring service, even if service has not been disconnected.  The delinquent account must also be paid in full prior to service being restored.

    Return Check Fee:
                If a check is returned to the City for insufficent funds, a fee of $25.00 will be applied.

    Sanitation Solutions provides trash collection for the city.

    • Residential are collected on Wednesday.
    • Dumpsters are collected on Monday and Thursday.

    Requirements for Trash Collection

     The following are requirements for trash collection.

     All residents and commercial must have their trash in trash bags.

    • All residents must have their trash out on the curb by 7:00 A.M. on the day of pickup.
    • All residents must have the containers removed from the streets no later than 8:00 p.m. on the same day as the pickup.
    • Containers must not be stored in the front yard, driveways or side yards.
    • Brush and tree limbs shall not be place in containers but shall be put into bundles that do not exceed three (3) feet in length.
    • Sanitation Solutions will only pick up 6-8 bags for residential.
